DIET ACCORDING TO CALIBRATION
I will be adding to this post results regarding diets in general, specific foods, and beverages.
Let's see what to eat according to calibrations. :)
Calibration types used are ADAP, AD, and DR. If it is not specified, results are in ADAP (here is why we need ADAP calibration, and here is a paid subscription article about the value of ADAP calibration). Here (also paid access) is the AD calibration explanation and its comparison to the DR style (what Dr. Hawkins used).
I take ADAP calibrations more seriously when it comes to food. I am most interested in health benefits for the body, and DR calibration is more affected by specific aspects of consciousness involved in producing the food. So, chocolate confections calibrate much higher than the chocolate itself, even though they are made of the same material. I suppose some health benefits are possible with such a rise in calibration, but I don't know exactly how to interpret those results when it comes to outcomes for the health of the body and the consciousness of the individual consuming it.
Home-made food will calibrate higher in the DR calibrations style, and praying raises the DR calibration as well. I don't know how much of a difference it makes if calibrated in ADAP style. I assume there will be some difference, but somewhat smaller on average. Keeping this in mind, if calibrated in ADAP, most results would be closer to 200. So if a food in the list is at 300 DR, it doesn't mean that it is 300 in ADAP (although it might be). It is probably lower, but also probably above 200. Also, it's always good to keep in mind that higher calibration doesn't mean better. (However this applies to food - I still somehow imagine that higher ADAP-calibrated foods are better to consume for health benefits and that being healthy makes it easier to keep a higher personal calibration. Other than that, I understand that there are no beliefs at high levels of consciousness and that there are no better or worse concepts at those levels. Still, for the body's health, those concepts still mean something regardless of the person's LoC, I assume. An alternative way to measure food products would be for their health benefits, but I don't think we would get big differences compared to ADAP style anyway, so using the information that we have already seems like a reasonable guideline for choosing what to put in our bodies.)
Food over 200 satisfies.

Prayer (blessing the food) rises the DR calibration by 6 to 10 pts:
"A rather significant finding is the calibrated difference between blessed and unblessed food. Machine-made bread from a local supermarket calibrates at 188, but when blessed, it goes up over 200. Bread from the same supermarket but from the bakery department calibrates initially at 203, and again shows a rise if it is blessed. If food is homemade, it arises from its original 200 to 209, and if blessed, it rises up to 215. This is a unique demonstration analogous to the Heisenberg principle in that the introduction of human spiritual consciousness and intention alter the field. It also gives evidence that prayer itself is more than just wishful thinking." - David R. Hawkins, Truth vs Falsehood
